instructions carefully before assembly, installation and use of this luminaire. Please keep the instructions for future

This appliance is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase.

Warranty will be void if there is any damage due to improper usage or modification to the appliance.

Failure to comply with the instructions in this manual may increase the risk of damage or injury and will void warranty.
Installation Requirements
•
Select a suitable location for this appliance:
- The appliance is for indoor use or dry location only where it is away from water hazard.
- The appliance is NOT suitable for use in barns, stables and similar locations.
- The appliance is NOT to be used in locations where flammable vapour or explosive dust is likely to exist.

Lay out all the components on a smooth surface and make sure there are no components missing.
If parts are missing, return the complete luminaire to the place of purchase for inspection or replacement.

Check whether the appliance has been damaged during transport. Do not operate/install any luminaire which
appears damaged in any way. Return the complete luminaire to the place of purchase for inspection, repair or
replacement.
Operation Directions
Operation
1) Use the hanger to hang the appliance in your desired location.
2) Press Zapping button to turn On/Off the function of the insect killing.
NOTE:
The purple light can be seen from the high voltage grid, which has a special wavelength to attract insects to the
high voltage grids.
3) Press the Light button once to switch on the torch on the bottom of the appliance;
4) Press the Light button twice to switch on the lights on the sides of the appliance;
5) Press the Light button a third time to switch on both the torch & the lights on the sides;
6) Press the Light button a fourth time, all lights will be turned off.
NOTE:
Both functions of the insect killing & lights can be switched on at the same time.
Charging
Plug the provided USB cable in the charging port and connect the USB cable to computer/laptop or power adaptor to
charge the luminaire. The charging time will be approximately 3 hours until it is fully charged.
NOTE:
Please ensure an appropriate power adaptor is used for charging according to the rated input (5V DC, 1A) of this
appliance.
Cleaning
WARNING: SWICH OFF the appliance before performing any cleaning!
Frequent cleaning is required for the appliance. Ensure to clean the appliance once per month.
NOTE: The provided plastic brush MUST BE used to remove the insects from the HV grids. Do not attempt to
insert your fingers or any other objects into the HV grid.
