ELECTRALUME® – Instructions & Maintenance
Thank you for purchasing the Electralume® battery operated LED fishing light. A vast
amount of time and effort has been spent to ensure that you are purchasing the finest
fishing light money can buy. Please take the time to read the following instruction and
maintenance sheet to make sure your light lives up to the high standards it has been
engineered to endure.
Directions for Use:
The Electralume® is sold with two AA Energizer lithium batteries installed and with the
cap in the
Auto/Off
position (see illustration below). In this mode the light will be
automatically activated by water pressure as it is submerged approximately 15 feet. This
position also allows for the light to be tested by simply squeezing the base and cap
together. To turn the light to the
Always On
position simply rotate the cap clockwise
while pushing down against the stop. The light will remain on until the cap is rotated
counterclockwise back to the
Auto/Off
position. During long term storage open the light
to remove the batteries by rotating the cap counterclockwise past the
Auto/Off
position
so the cap is free of the ramps.
WARNING
: Be careful when assembling the two halves of the light. Each LED is
mounted on a post - one round and one square. When reassembling the light, make sure
the round and square LED supports in the cap are inserted into the corresponding round
and square holes in the base of the Electralume®. The LED’s are polarity sensitive, if the
light does not work when reassembled, simply rotate the cap one hundred and eighty
degrees and reinsert into the base. (see illustration below)
