3. UNIT INSTALLATION
In addition to the assembly kit included with the supplied unit, the following components are necessary for
its installation:

Flexible extracting hose

possible flange adapter for the extraction tube

flexible drainage tube

clamps for tightening extraction and drainage ducting

optional container for re-condensed liquids

optional drainage trap for drainage tube

For type-a installations, use the dimensions for hole centres for fastening the unit found on the chart
and drill four 9 ø holes on the machine tool enclosure.

If a flange adapter is used for extraction ducting, make extraction and fastening holes as indicated in
the dimensions chart (provided with the flange), attach the flange in the selected point area and
secure it using the supplied nuts and bolts.

Lift the unit according to the instructions given in the paragraph Unit handling and transport and
position it on the selected installation point.

Assemble the anti-vibration mounts according to the assembly drawing in the following drawings
tightening the self-locking nut until the clearance between screws and anti-vibration mounts is
compensated for without covering the rubber elements further.
