Slide an access bracket onto an access plate at the
appropriate position
(Fig.14 or Fig.15)
at both ends of the
slide room.
NOTE:
There might be a slight gap between the T-molding
side and the side of the mounting bracket
(Fig.11C)
if the
corner does not have a 90 degree angle.
B.
If installing on the T-molding, start on one side of
the front of the slide-out by placing one of the two
access brackets
(Fig.12A)
at the very bottom corner of
the T-molding,
(Fig.12B)
as close to the outside of the
T-molding as possible without going over the corner mold
(Fig.12C)
.
NOTE:
Make sure the screws do not go over the roof line.

Fasten the mounting bracket to the slide-out exterior
wall using the five provided #10 -13 x 1
1/4
” recessed
square head screws

FALLING SLIDE TOPPER ACCESS BRACKETS
CAN CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY, PRODUCT AND/
OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. SLIDE TOPPER ACCESS
BRACKETS ARE INSTALLED LOOSE ON THE ACCESS
PLATE UNTIL FINAL INSTALLATION. MAKE SURE
ACCESS BRACKETS ARE SECURE ENOUGH TO
PREVENT FALLING FROM THE ACCESS PLATE.
Installing the Solera Slide Topper Access Bracket
NOTE:
The Solera Slide Topper Access Bracket can be
installed in two different positions. The lower position
(Fig.14A)
, first extrusion from the top of the access bracket,
is used for regular clearance. The higher position
(Fig.15A)
,
second extrusion from the top of the access bracket, is
used if the slide topper requires extra clearance.
NOTE:
If installing the slide topper access plate on the
T-molding, see
(Fig.2)
, use the first extrusion from the top of the
access bracket method
