20. Procedure of spray test
•
Fill GSG-AN-VM spray liquid tank partially with non-pressurized
water.
Put 3-way valve (Fig. 27) in
position „Suction Tank

Position:
“Suction tank”
Liquid is pumped from the spray liquid tank / fresh
water tank to the nozzles in the cross-flow fan units.
•
Switch on mixing unit and recycling injectors.
•
Open no. of required nozzles.
•
Switch on power take-off shaft for pump and regulate to max.
540 RPM.
•
Set the desired pressure at the control box and check whether
nozzles are spraying properly.
•
Conduct test spraying with water for nozzle setting on foliage
wall.
