Defect of control thermocouple is displayed.
( For detailed failure message please refer to attached controller manual ).
4.10 Gas feeding device suitable for vacuum
The gas feeding device is assembled right from the furnace and connected firmly to
the furnace system.
Therefore 1 gas line with shut
– off valve and needle valve is provided. In front of the
furnace the gas line is divided in two lines. Each line is equipped with a norm type
flow meter (app. 5m³/h, appr. 1200 dm³/h) with needle valve. In the exhaust gas line
a throttle valve is provided in order to keep the furnace inner pressure at max. 4
– 7
mbar at low gas flow. For measurement of the furnace pressure a manometer
serves. All valves are designed vacuum tight in the exhaust gas line in order to avoid
inflow of the ambient air during flushing. A pressure sensor controls the vacuum
valve in the exhaust gas line in order to avoid the inflow of the ambient air during
flushing. Bottles and pressure reducing valves with manometer for a max. output
pressure of 1 bar are to be provided by customer.
4.11 Additional nitrogen fumigation
For supply of additional nitrogen in the furnace chamber two additional gassing lines
with flow meter (approximately 1000 l/h) and magnet valves in the gassing line are
provided. Position of the two gas inlets will be agreed upon with the customer in case
of order.
4.12 Two additional connections (1/4”)
Two muffles (1/4”) with bling plug will be provided on the furnace chamber. Position
will be determined in case of order.
4.13 Vacuum pump stand system for end pressure
For a vacuum in the range of app. 2x10
-1
mbar the furnace system is equipped with a
vacuum pump stand system which mainly consists of the following components:
-1 x rotary vane pump
suction capacity:
30 m
3
/h (nitrogen)
The control of the pump stand system is integrated in the furnace control. The
display of the vacuum is effected over the programme controller. The display shows
the vacuum value with a accuracy of 1mbar in the vacuum range from 1-10mbar.
4.14 Gas cooling unit
For faster cooling the hot gas is circulated by a frequency controlled side channel
blower over a heat exchanger (cooling capacity app. 28 kW). The circulation line is
