STEP 4:

Attach tool caddy

& cabinet shelf

1. Insert tool caddy wire support (H) through the tool caddy door (I)

and tighten with 2 wing nuts.

2. Insert tabs on tool caddy bucket (G) into slots in tool caddy door (I).

Note: the tool caddy bucket can be stored when not in use on the

inside of the left cabinet door.

3. Attach the wire shelf (K-1) by inserting into left side panel (A).

Extend the legs of the shelf, align into position over

the 2 existing holes located on the bottom panel (C)

and attached with 2 medium bolts.

4. Insert ends of tank support wire (X) into tabs located on

right side panel (B) and fasten with 2 wing nuts.

(not required/supplied for Natural Gas model PH503SBBN)

5. Attach front panel (J) to left and right side panels (A & B) using

2 large bolts with 2 large washers on top and 2 medium bolts on the

bottom of the front panel (J).

6. Attach tank shield (M-1) to front panel (J) and back panel (D) with 2 medium bolts

and 1 lock nut. (Not required/supplied for Natural Gas model PH503SBBN)

STEP 5:

Attach BBQ grill head

Note: 2 people are required for this step.

1. Rest BBQ grill head (K) onto cabinet frame. Ensure that the 4 holes in the BBQ grill head (K)

line up with the 4 “L” brackets extending from the cart frame legs.

(See Fig. 4)

2. Insert 4 medium bolts through “L” brackets and into BBQ grill head (K) and tighten.

3. Remove wing nut and washer from heat indicator (P-1) and

mount onto the BBQ grill head (K). Mount the heat indicator using the

positioning hole.

(See Fig. 4.1)

NOTE: Please handle hose, regulator and valve assembly

carefully. (natural gas hose assembly for

Model PH503SBBN) The assembly should be

outside the BBQ cabinet at this point.

STEP 6:

Assemble right side shelf

NOTE: PLACE ON CARDBOARD OR CLOTH

TO PROTECT PAINT/STEEL FINISH.

1. Insert 2 medium bolts through right side shelf top (L)

into right side shelf front (M) and tighten.
