HOW TO MOVE THE ELLIPTICAL TRAINER

This elliptical trainer has a pair of Transport Wheels built into the front stabilizer and can be
carefully tilted onto its Transport Wheels for easy moving and storage.

Stand in front of the elliptical trainer, hold both Left and Right Handrails, and place one foot
against one of the transport wheels. Push or pull both handrails to make them parallel.
Next, pull on the handrails until the elliptical trainer will roll on the transport wheels.
Carefully move the elliptical trainer to the desired location, and then lower it to the floor.

CAUTION: It is suggested you always use the aid of a second person when moving
the elliptical trainer.
