Clean the mussels, discarding any broken shell or dead mussels. Add 1cup of dry
white wine. After steaming, drain and reserve mussel liquor and reduce it to 3/4
cup. Remove top shell of mussels. Add butter and pepper to broth and pour over
mussels.
Clean the prawn with shell in salted water.
Prepare fresh fish
Season as desired.
Slit the sausage skin.
Slice ham.
Season as desired.
Place on the rack on the Metal tray
