Cooking

When Steam cooking, Set the time
to a minimum of 3
min.
◈
Before Steam cooking, clean out the water vessel and
fill it with clean water to the
MAX
fill line.
◈
If Display shows ’’ ’’ and emits a chime, check the
water level in the vessel and ensure that it is installed
securely.
◈
Never fill the steam water vessel with
hot water
.
◈
It is strongly recommended that filtered (purified)
water be used in the steam water vessel to reduce scale
build up.
* Please read carefully, before using steam function.
CAUTION WHEN USING WATER VESSEL.
– Do not use it with any fluid or mixture other than water.
– Use only potable water (purified).
– Do not fill it with hot water.
– Fill the water vessel up to the line indicated on the side.
– Do not tilt the water vessel filled with water.
– Make sure to empty the water out and clean the water vessel after
cooking.
– Do not use the water vessel in any other way except for providing
water for steam cooking.
– If you use it for over 30 minutes, re-fill the water vessel with water
within 30 minutes form the start of cooking.

When cooking with steam often, a scale build up of
Calcium and magnesium will result on the cavity walls
of the oven. Even though it is quite safe to the human
body, it is best cleaned up regularly with a soft towel
and a water and white
Vinegar
solution.
◈
After finishing steam cooking, please use the Steam
Multi Clean Function to remove the residual water
from the steam generator.
