1 chicken cut in 6 to 8 pieces
300g rice
1 minced onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1 table spoon tomato paste
15g butter
1 tea spoon ground spice
from each of :
(black pepper, cumin, Cardamon)

1. Wash chicken and rub with salt and flour, wash again.
And then cut in 6 to 8 pieces.
2. Put chicken pieces, butter, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste,
salt, spices and boiling water into a deep and large bowl
(about 3

).
3. Cover with lid. Place the bowl in the oven and cook.
4. When beeps, the oven will stop. Remove the bowl from
the oven and stir. Put the washed rice on the chicken.
And press start to continue cooking.
5. During the cooking, stir if required.
6. Serve in prepared plate.

1. Put sugar, cream, milk and starch in a deep and large bowl

2. Place the bowl in the center of the oven.

4. After cooking, add the medium sized crisp pastry into the
mixture. And mix well.
5. Pour half the pastry mix in a suitable bowl, sprinkle half the
raisins, walnuts, and almonds on it. Pour the other half of
pastry mix, cover with cream level top and sprinkle
pistachios, almonds, and raisins on top and serve hot.
