Adjusting skew

Note:

Turn off the printer before performing the adjustment.

Always print a copy of the

Factory Skew Adjust

report before making any adjustments on the adjustment

screw.

Bring the printer up in

Manufacturing mode

From the home screen, touch

Manufacturing test

Factory Skew Adjust

Note:

Make sure that media is present in the input tray. A report will be printed on how to adjust the skew.

An example of the skew adjustment report is shown below:

Turn off the printer.

Remove the duplex unit. See
