Job 2: mixed content

Make three copies of a two-page, letter-size document containing one drawing
within the text.

Place your originals in the scan unit.

Press Collation/Finishing until you see

Collate

displayed in the control

panel.

Press Content until the mixed light comes on.

Press 3 on the keypad, and then press Go/Send.

Job 3: use 2-up to save paper

Make eight copies of a four-page document which has some text in color, but
minimize paper usage.

Place your originals in the scan unit.

Press 8 on the keypad.

If your scan unit and printer
support duplex, you could also
choose Duplex to save paper.

Press Paper Saver until the 2-up light comes on.

Press Collation/Finishing until you see

Collate

displayed in the control

panel.

Press Content until the mixed light comes on, and then press Go/Send.

Job 4: duplex copies

Make a legal-size, two-page document fit on a duplexed, letter-size page for
insertion in a standard-size notebook. The originals contain several color
photographs as well as some text.

Place your originals in the scan unit.

Press Content until the mixed light is on.

Press Duplex until the

light is on.

Press Original Size until the legal light is on.

Press Copy Size until the letter light is on.

Press Go/Send.
