4. Product Identification – Product Label
A unique serial number plate is
attached to the wheelchair rear axle for
identification purposes.
Although the adjustments according
MDR are not finished yet by extended
code GS1-128 and symbols on the label
the device is absolutely identified by
the serial number.
The following information includes the LEVO LCEV type plate as an example:
