The Circa Portable Punch handles up to three
sheets at a time and weighs just 9 ounces. It’s
also useful for punching 3 x 5 and business
cards to file in your Circa notebook or agenda.
Swing out the paper/disc line-up rule from
the underside of the punch.

Lift the paper holder
and slide up to 3 sheets
of paper under, at the
same time aligning
the paper with
the correct paper
size shown on the
portable punch. Push
down the paper holder
to hold the paper in place.

Swing the
line-up rule
back under
the paper guide
to expose the
edge of the paper to
be punched.

Release the lock on the
punch head by pressing
down on the punch and
sliding the lock catch to
the left. (To relock after
punching, press down and
slide the latch to the right.)

Align the paper into the
slot of the punch head,
then align the tab
on the punch head
with the notch on
the paper holder.
Press down on the punch,
reposition and repeat as needed
until punching is completed.
