iii. Disable the option of “ Remember user name on login ”.
When you perform Mobile Outlook Express next time, you can select other user name
to login.
Q: Why does the Windows system ask me to reselect a username to login to Outlook
Express?
A: That is because the last time you used Mobile Outlook Express, the program had been
terminated, leading to errors in the PC registry. You can run the Restore Registry Key
program to recover some registry key values.
11.2 Error messages
If you receive an error message, note the message and take the corrective action. The following
table lists the error messages with the recommended course of action.

Windows does not detect the MUS-2500 Smart USB Storage hardware. Please check
the enclosure has connected properly, and assure that the hardware has not been
damaged or broken.

Your hard disk needs to be formatted first. You can use” Disk Management ” provided
by Windows to format your disk. Open ” Control Panel ”, and double
click ” Administratvie Tools ”. Then double click “ Computer Management ”, and
select “ Disk Management ” to perform the format program. You can see Windows
