Motor connection

To connect the motor correctly, you must follow:

•

The notes in the terminal box of the motor.

•

The notes in the configuration document of the motor.

•

The technical data on the motor nameplate.

Second ground connection on the motor
According to standard EN 61800-5-1, an additional PE conductor is required if the leakage

current is greater than 3.5 mA for AC current or greater than 10 mA for DC current.

Important notes

Scope of delivery when selecting a 2nd grounding point:

•

Toothed lock washer

•

Washer

•

Fixing screw

An additional grounding cable is not included in the scope of delivery.
The dimensioning of the grounding is done by the customer.
