Basic functions

This chapter describes both basic functions "

Parameter change-over

" and "

Holding brake

control



The parameter change-over provides a change-over for up to 16 freely selectable

parameters between two sets with different parameter values.



The holding brake control serves to control the holding brake with low rate of wear as

a function of the speed setpoint and various other internal digital control signals.
