Note: Legrand recommends using a licensed electrician when installing your switch and dimmer.
Troubleshooting Section
What if my switch/dimmer does not have power?
If this is the case, you should check a few things. First, go to the breaker and check
that you have the power flipped on. Next check that the wires have been inserted into
the proper holes. Power to the “hot” hole and neutral wire to the neutral hole.
What does an amber light on my switch mean?
If you see an amber light, this means the switch is running and that it needs to be
assigned a House ID.
What if my switches are not adding to the Hub (LC7001)?
If the switches have not been added to the Hub, they will not show up on the app.
To fix this, you should factory reset the devices and then re-bind the switches to
the hub. To factory reset, press and hold the on/off toggle for 20 seconds until the
light turns amber.
When I start the app, it does not recognize the hub.
If this is the case, first check that the wireless network you are setting up the app
on is the same network that the hub is wired to. If this is the case and the hub is
not recognized by the app, make sure the hub is bound to the switch and dimmer.
What if my commands work intermittently?
If the commands on the app are not working, this could be due to several factors,
including: too many high range devices in the home, too many wireless devices on
the network, or if there is a significant amount of steel or concrete in the home.
These factors disrupt signals and can slow down the device communication.
If this continues to occur, we recommend purchasing a Repeater (MRR2-G). This will
increase the signal and avoids interference of other 900MHz devices.
Do I need to sign up for a Samsung Artik account?
If you would like to control your devices from outside your wireless network, you
must sign up for a Samsung Artik account. If you only want to control the devices
while within your home, you do not need to sign up for a Samsung Artik account.
Section Dépannage
Que se passe-t-il si mon interrupteur / gradateur n'a pas de courant?
Si tel est le cas, vous devriez vérifier quelques choses. Tout d'abord, allez sur le
disjoncteur et vérifiez que vous avez le pouvoir allumé. Vérifiez ensuite que les fils
ont été insérés dans les trous appropriés. Alimenter le trou "chaud" et le fil neutre
au trou neutre.
Que signifie une lumière ambre sur mon interrupteur?
Si vous voyez une lumière orange, cela signifie que le commutateur est en cours
d'exécution et qu'il faut lui attribuer un ID de maison.
Que faire si mes commutateurs n'ajoutent pas au Hub (LC7001)?
Si les commutateurs n'ont pas été ajoutés au Hub, ils ne s'afficheront pas sur
l'application. Pour résoudre ce problème, vous devez réinitialiser les périphériques
en usine et relier ensuite les commutateurs au concentrateur. Pour réinitialiser
l'usine, maintenez la touche Marche / Arrêt enfoncée pendant 20 secondes jusqu'à
ce que la lumière devienne ambre.
Quand je lance l'application, elle ne reconnaît pas le concentrateur.
Si tel est le cas, vérifiez d'abord que le réseau sans fil sur lequel vous configurez
l'application est le même réseau auquel le concentrateur est connecté. Si tel est le
cas et que le concentrateur n'est pas reconnu par l'application, assurez-vous que le
concentrateur est relié au commutateur et au variateur.
Que faire si mes commandes fonctionnent par intermittence?
Si les commandes de l'application ne fonctionnent pas, cela peut être dû à plusieurs
facteurs, notamment: trop de périphériques haut de gamme à la maison, trop de
périphériques sans fil sur le réseau ou s'il y a une quantité importante d'acier
ou de béton maison. Ces facteurs perturbent les signaux et peuvent ralentir la
communication de l'appareil.
Si cela continue à se produire, nous vous recommandons d'acheter un répéteur (MRR2-G).
Cela augmentera le signal et évitera l'interférence d'autres périphériques 900MHz.
Dois-je m'inscrire à un compte Samsung Artik?
Si vous souhaitez contrôler vos périphériques de l'extérieur de votre réseau sans fil,
vous devez vous inscrire à un compte Samsung Artik. Si vous souhaitez uniquement
contrôler les périphériques à l'intérieur de votre domicile, vous n'avez pas besoin
de vous inscrire à un compte Samsung Artik.
