24 Safety

Start the engine.

Turn the pump ON.

Using the tailgate unlatch button on the body left-side corner near the access door, unlock the
tailgate.

OTE

When the tailgate is unlocked, both locking mechanism cylinders are retracted. They are
extended when the tailgate is locked.
