Test for Leaking Tailgate Cylinders

OTE

This check will require two people.

For this task, apply the following procedure:

Loosen and release (swing away) the tailgate clamps.

Depress the speed-up button and move the tailgate

lift lever to raise the tailgate and hold.

Visual inspection of the tailgate cylinders is the only leakage test necessary.
