The METERING Page
Other signals can be metered by pressing the
METERING
button (on the DOCK):
DisplayDock Metering page
The page is divided into two rows to meter outputs (at the top) and inputs (at the bottom). All of the PPMs are
dynamic Peak Program Meters and use a digital scale relative to 0dBFS. The output meters include momentary
loudness metering (as described
).
Output Metering
On the top row are meters for the summing buses:
PGM 1
,
PGM 2
,
PGM 3
and
AUX 1
. Note that a dedicated
meter for
AUX 2
is not available but it can be metered on the follow MONITOR meter by selecting the AUX as
the CR monitor source.
The
MISC
meter is switched using the on-screen "N-1" buttons. It can meter any of the N-1 outputs: for Hybrid
1&2, RAVENNA Codec 1 to 4 or the AES Codec.
Input Metering
On the bottom row are 8 meters which are switched using the on-screen "Fader" buttons. This allows you to
meter up to 24 faders (for a maximum size surface).
