7.2.2.1. RECIPES
Viewing and editing of data relating to the delivery of
the drinks.
Espresso temp.
Parameter allows you to adjust three temp. levels for
the espresso:
- Low
- Medium
- High
Note
By factory default, the unit is set to the “High” value.
Product volume in OZ.
This parameter allows the setting of the dose of each
drink (min 0.6 oz / 20 ml up to max 8 oz / 240 ml).
- ESPRESSO

- COFFEE 8 OZ.
- MACCHIATO
- CAPPUCCINO
- LATTE
User temperature
Enabling sub-menu “ Espresso temp. ” (” Recipes ” func-
tion) in the USER MENU .
If the parameter is not enabled, the function will not be
visible to the user.
User save dose
The parameter, if enabled, allows the programming of
the quantity of product dispensed by pressing the bev-
erage on display (see procedure in Ch. 7.1 DOSES).

Water hardness
Adjust water hardness.
- 0 - 160 ppm (0 - 9° dH)
- 161 - 250 ppm (10 - 14° dH)
- 251 - 360 ppm (15 - 20° dH)
