Editing bcdedit.exe
To edit bcdedit.exe:
1.
Start the command prompt as an administrator
2.
Enter the following command and press Enter
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Enter the following command and press Enter.
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

4.
Close the command prompt and restart your machine.
