The transponder are provided “OFF”, for the activation follow the steps below:
TRANSPONDER ACTIVATION
After
ing pressed the button for more than 3 seconds, the transponder signalling the keep turns on
condition with 2 short blinking of the red LED and exiting from the “Sleep” mode (from this moment
the good performance is given by the LED ignition every 4 seconds). It’s important release the button
immediately after the 2 short blinking of the LED.
TRANSPONDER TURNING OFF
To turn OFF the transponder (eg. Plane or for long time of not use) is necessary keep pressed the
button for 6 seconds, at the end of this time the LED will light fixed.
The LED lighting indicates the entrance into the “switching OFF procedure”; to confirm the
transponder switching OFF, is necessary release and then press the button before the Its automatic
shutdown.
NOTE:
To do this procedure you have a time of 3 seconds (time where the LED remains lighting ON, before
the Its automatically switching OFF); if the release and subsequent pressure DOES NOT occur in the
given time, shutdown IS NOT successfully and the transponder continues to operate normally (the
LED light ON briefly pressing the button or during every periodic transmission of 4 seconds.
