At the initial start of the appliance, can be released
into the room of unpleasant odors due to the presence
of fats and oils on the components. Ventilate the room
and do not stay until the smells are over.
The paint used is water-based, totally free of volatile toxic materials,
to give you a product that respects nature and always high quality.
Installing the appliance in very cold areas and / or
humid areas can cause ignition failures, it is a normal
phenomenon and not to be considered a defect: in
these cases, repeat the ignition cycle (emptying the
pellet from the brazier each time), if this persists, you
can contact the service center to make additional
adjustments and optimize their use.
ATTENTION: during the operation of the appliance,
as in all combustion processes, ash and soot residues
are deposited on the glass. Our products are designed
to keep the glass as clean as possible, but a lot
depends on the type of pellet used, the flue made and
the air intakes. THEREFORE ANY STAINS, SHADOWS
OR OBSCURATIONS OF THE GLASS DURING THE USE
OF THE APPLIANCE ARE COMPLETELY NORMAL
PHENOMENA AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A
DEFECT OF THE APPLIANCE. We also advise against
the continuous use of the device at power 1 and in
modulation as it favors and accelerates the fouling of
the glass: any disputes with the use of this mode will
not be accepted.
WARNING: Before using the pellet unit, the general
cleaning of the burner and all combustion chamber,
grate and ash drawer (Chapter MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING) must be carried out. In case of necessity of
repeated ignitions (eg. Failure Power) not proceed
without having emptied the burner (not in the tank).
In the case of combustion anomalies, do not remove the
power outlet to turn off the fireplace but give the
shutdown command from the remote control.
When switching on and using the appliance, the door
and the pellet loading door must remain closed.
WARNING: It is absolutely forbidden to use
flammable liquids for ignition (such as alcohol, petrol,
oil, and the like).
•
Check that the power outlet is plugged in and current passes.
•
Verify that the electrical fuse is intact.
•
Verify that the pellet tank is sufficiently charged for the desired
ignition period.
•
Verify that the grille surrounding the brazier is in place.
•
Check that the door and the pellet loading door are tightly closed.
•
Check that the burner is clean and completely empty.
To use the remote control and all its functions, follow
the instruction manual of the remote control supplied
with the unit.
25. POWER OFF
Switching off the appliance takes a long time, about 20/30 minutes.
The pellet loading auger stops, the fume extractor and the air fan will
continue to operate until the appliance is cooled and secured.
WARNING: It is absolutely forbidden to interrupt
the automatic shutdown cycle of the pellet working
device. DANGER OF FIRE APPLIANCE.
WARNING: It is absolutely forbidden to use water
to turn off the appliance. ELECTRIC SHOCK DANGER
AND ELECTRICAL DAMAGE TO THE APPLIANCE.
26. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
WARNING: First to make any kind of maintenance
or cleaning intervention the appliance must be switched
off, cold and be disconnected from power supply.
To maintain your appliance's efficiency, you must perform the
following periodic maintenance and cleaning.
DAILY CLEANING
WARNING: This cleaning operation is mandatory
and must be performed every day before the next
ignition. Depending on the type of installation, the
characteristics of the chimney and the quality of the
pellet used, after 8 hours of operation, additional
cleaning of the appliance may be necessary to restore
the ideal operating conditions.
1) Fire burner: take it completely
out and empty ash in a metal can.
Wait at least 48 hours before
discarding for preventing fire
danger.
2) Use an vacuum cleaner to
remove all particles of pellets and
the ash residues from the holes of
the brazier (PLS check they are
not obstructed) and in the entire
combustion chamber.
3) Glass
: For cleaning the glass, use
a cloth that does not leave hair
together with our detergent or a
specific detergent for stoves and
fireplaces: make sure that the air
holes are not blocked.
.
WARNING: Do not
spray the cleaning
product directly on the
glass but only on the
cloth used.
The cleaning chemicals
used must not rest on
the silk screen of the
glass. WE DO NOT
ACCEPT ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR
DAMAGING THE SILK
SCREEN.
WARNING: The cleaning of the glass should only
be carried out on a cold appliance to avoid explosion.
