2. INTRODUCTION
We thank you for choosing one of our products, we hope that the trust
you put in our company will be rewarded by satisfaction of having in
your house one of the best and more performers heating system in
Europe.
We invite you to read and follow the instructions contained in this
manual before installing, operating and any maintenance on the
product, in order to prevent damage to property or to persons or parts
of the stove itself.
This symbol indicates the presence of an important
message; failure to pay attention to it can result in
serious damage to the insert and even injury.

special attention,
highlighted in bold text.
3. WARNINGS
This instruction manual, together with the instructions of the
remote control and the enclosed technical sheet, is an integral
part of the product:
please make sure that it is always with the
stove, including in the case of transfer to another owner or user, or
transfer to another place. In the case of its damage or loss, please
request another copy from the technical assistance. All documents
relating to the technical data sheets, to certifications or declarations of
the product, in particular, the Declaration of Performance D.o.P. are
available through the trade mark website.
All the technical data of the appliance are shown in the TECHNICAL
SHEET enclosed.
Identification plate
The identification plates (CE marking label and serial number) are
placed on the appliance and are positioned in the chimneys / inserts
on the electrical box or on the pellet loading door.
On them are reported all the characteristic data relating to the
appliance including the manufacturer's data, the serial number, the
CE marking, the test laboratory and the reference number of the
declaration of performance.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make
technical or aesthetic changes to the products at any
time without notice. The drawings, measurements,
diagrams and any other configurations are given only
by way of example and submit to be verified by the local
and national regulations for installation.
This product is intended for the use for which it has been expressly
designed. The manufacturer is exempt from any liability, contractual
and extra contractual, for injury/damage caused to persons/animals
and objects, due to installation, adjustment and maintenance errors
and improper use.
Installation must be performed by authorized
personnel, who must give the purchaser a declaration of
conformity of the appliance, and who will assume all
responsibility for the final installation and consequent
good functioning of the product installed. It is also
necessary to take into consideration all the laws and
European, national, regional, provincial and local
regulations present in the country in which the
appliance has been installed, as well as the instructions
contained in this manual.
In the event of failure to respect these precautions, the
manufacturer declines all responsibility.
After removing the packaging, ensure that the content is intact and
complete. Otherwise, contact the dealer where the appliance was
purchased.
All electric components that make up the product must be replaced
with original spare parts exclusively by an authorized after-sales
center, thus guaranteeing correct functioning.
It is recommended after installing the unit to allow it to operate at
medium power level 3 with the well-ventilated room and under the
visual inspection of competent personnel. During this time all paints
and assembling material will dry out. The light smoke that could
develop will rapidly fade away. This allows for drying paints and
mounting materials. Fumes can be formed that disappear in a short
time: ventilate the room well before staying.
4. RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer declines all direct civil
or criminal responsibility for breakages,
malfunctions and / or accidents resulting from:
•
partial or total non-observance of the instructions contained in this
manual;
•
installation not in compliance with the regulations in force in the
country;
•
installation by personnel who are not qualified or authorized;
•
use not in compliance with safety guidelines;
•
poor or no maintenance;
•
modifications and repairs not authorized by the manufacturer;
•
use of non-original spare parts;
•
exceptional events.
5. SAFETY RULES
All points in this paragraph must be read and
respected with special care.
• Read the opera
ting and maintenance manual before installing,
turning on and maintaining the product.
• Installation, electrical connection, operation check and maintenance
must be carried out by qualified and / or authorized personnel in
accordance with local, national and European regulations.
• Before connecting the appliance to
the mains, the drain hose
connection (for pellet equipment) with the chimney must be
completed.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced mental or motor skills, or with lack of experience and
knowledge, unless there is supervision or instruction on the use of the
appliance of a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance.
• Do not close in any case the combustion air inlet openings and
smoke outlet.
• Avoid plugging or dimensionally reducing the ventilation openings of
the installation room or the enclosure / product placement space.
Ventilation openings are indispensable for proper combustion.
• The appliance must only be supplied with certified wood pellets that
have the characteristics described in the chapter dedicated to this
manual. No other fuel should be used.
• This appliance should not be used as a w
aste incinerator or in any
other way than that for which it was conceived.
•
Do not use liquid fuels or flammable substances to turn on the
appliance or to flame up the flame.
• Do not turn off the appliance by using water, observe the standard
shutdown procedure until it is completed.
• Do not turn off the appliance by disconnecting the mains power
supply, observe the standard shutdown procedure until it is
completed.
• It is forbidden to deposit or manipulate easily inflammable or
explosive substances near the stove during operation.
