INSTALLATION
1.
Inspect shipping package and contents to ensure no damage has occurred during shipping.
2.
Remove Surface/Wall Bracket from the box.
3.
Mount Wall Bracket to desired location with two (2) 3/8” bolts to secure the fixture to ceiling
surface. Ensure placement of bolts in X pattern as shown by
A
and
B.

Recommended to use four (4) in high wind and vibration environments.
