CHARGE OVERNIGHT BEFORE FIRST USE!!
USING THE LIGHT
The EXP‐LED‐51 features a Head‐mounted push button Switch
Depress the push button switch once to turn the light on at full intensity.
Depress and hold the switch for one second for low intensity.
Depress and hold the switch for ten seconds for a very low intensity. (Moonlight Mode)
A single press of the switch from any “on” mode will turn the flashlight off.

Class I, II, Division 1, Groups C, D, F &G
Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, & D

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS. This manual contains important safety, operating and maintenance
information for your flashlight and charger.

To reduce risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, do not attempt to use the charger to
recharge any other product. Likewise, do not attempt to charge EXP‐LED‐51 with any other
charger.

The EXP‐LED‐51 contains no user‐serviceable parts (except battery). Do not try to repair the unit
or charger yourself. In the event that your light should need repair take it to an authorized
Repair Center or return it to the factory.
5.
Use only the same battery. The contact arrangement in the flashlight precludes the use of other
batteries.
Recycle worn out or damaged batteries properly. Do not attempt to incinerate the battery as it
may explode in a fire. Handle the battery carefully and never allow it to short circuit.

Use of this product for other than a lighting device is not recommended. Magnalight specifically
disclaims liability for other than recommended use.
7.
Do not open or charge in a potentially hazardous location.
8.
Clean only with a damp cloth and a mild detergent in an area known to be nonhazardous.
9.
To maintain hermetic integrity periodically inspect the housing and O-rings.
