INTRODUCTION
This document covers the operation, maintenance, and re-lamping procedures for an EPL-FL-26
hazardous locations work light. This light is suitable for the following hazardous locations only:
Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups C & D
Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F, and G
Class III, Divisions 1 & 2
Refer to the National Electric Code (NEC) NFPA 70 for more information on hazardous locations.
WARRANTIES
This product has a one-year limited warranty from any factory defects on parts and labor.
Please record your serial number and retain this paperwork for future reference.

OPERATIONS AND USE
WARNING:
This light is not supplied with a plug. If the light is used in a hazardous location
environment, it must be terminated with a suitable plug or hard wired into an appropriate junction box
rated for the environment it is to be used in. Comply with all NEC Rules and Regulations when
terminating light with a plug. Failure to comply with this could result in an explosion, electrical shock, or
personal injury.
CAUTION:
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for attaching plug to light ensuring all wires are properly
terminated and grounded.
CAUTION:
When hanging the light using the hook, use an appropriate entity capable of holding at
least 6 pounds. (2.72 kg)
Maintenance:
WARNING:
It is very important that only qualified personnel perform maintenance and repair
operations in a non-hazardous area. The integrity of the component assembly and flame-path must be
