LOW PROFILE RECHARGEABLE LED STROBE LIGHT BAR
INSTRUCTION GUIDE
The 40 watt low profile rechargeable LED strobe light bar from Larson Electronics features a built in
battery with a
4
hour runtime and wireless remote. Please follow the steps below for operating the unit.
When you first unpack the light bar, you will have the light bar itself, a wireless remote control, and a power
cord for charging the unit. It is recommended to charge the batteries before first use.
CHARGING
To charge the light bar, use only the included battery charger and standard AC power outlet for charging.

Plug adapter into charging jack on base of light bar.
Note: Adjust the plug until you see
a red indicator light on the charger. For extremely discharged batteries, this light may
alternate between red and green.

Plug AC adapter into 110-120 VAC, 60 Hz outlet for -120V models. (-240V) It will take
approximately the same amount of time to fully charge as the unit was used +/- 30 minutes.
STATUS LIGHT
Locate charging indicator LED (Fig. 2). When adapter is properly plugged into
charging jack and AC outlet, indicator LED will glow.

RED
indicates the batteries are
CHARGING
.
For extremely discharged
batteries, this light may alternate between red and green colors.
Charging time varies and is based on time light was used less
30minutes.
Ensure charger jack is making good contact to the
charging port.

STEADY GREEN
indicates batteries are
CHARGED
. Unplug the
battery charger from the light bar and outlet. The light bar is ready for
use.
NOTE:
The green LED indicates power to the charger. It will illuminate whether plugged into the light’s DC
charging port and/or AC power source.
OPERATION
The light bar operates wirelessly with a remote control. The wireless remote has 2 functions to turn the light bar
on or off. There is also an on board power switch to control the light without the wireless remote.
NOTE: This will act as a 3-way power switch.The ON/OFF buttons on the remote control will be reversed and
vice versa as the onboard switch is used.
MOUNTING
Mount to any flat metal surface capable of
holding the weight of the light. It should be
mounted horizontally to achieve maximum
visibility.
