Basic Copier Functions

Copying Mixed Original Sizes

Touch the ADJUST tab.

Touch the MIXED ORIGINAL SIZE key.

Touch the SET key.

When copying mixed size originals, use the

APS (Automatic Paper Size)

mode when

you wish to retain the original paper size. Use the

AMS (Automatic Magnification

Selection)

mode when you wish to have different size originals copied on to the same size

paper.

Copying mixed original sizes requires that:

• At least one dimension for the originals is the same size

• That common size side is fed into the RADF

Sizes that may be fed together are:

• Letter-R and Legal

• A4 and A3

• Letter and Ledger

• B5 and B4

When using the Mixed Sized Originals mode, some features of the machine are disabled.
