Inner Wing Frames
1. Attach inner wing frames to center frame using flange
bearings, 1-1/4 washers, fold pin and 5/16 x 2-1/2
spring slotted pins, 9650-38’-42’
See Figure 3-4 or
9650-46’-50’ See Figure 3-5 .
2. Support the outer ends of the inner wing frames with
stands approximately 36” tall.
3. Remove any shank assemblies or extensions that
have been turned around or mounted inside the frame
for shipping, and reposition.
See Figure 2-2 through
2-5 for shank placement.
4. Install the tire/wheel assemblies on the inner wing lift
assembly with 9/16 lug nuts.
NOTE
All tire/wheel assemblies are mounted with the valve
stem facing outward
.
5. Attach rod end of 4-1/2 x 30 fold cylinder to fold
brackets with 1-1/4 washers, fold pin and 5/16 x 2-1/2
spring slotted pins, 9650-38’-42’

Wing Gauge Wheel Installation
1. Attach the gauge wheel assembly to inner wing
assembly with clamp plate, 3/4 x 5 bolts and 3/4 lock
nuts, 9650-38’-42’
