FAILS TO LIFT SEMITRAILER

Insufficient hydraulic supply pressure

Adjust relief valve for 2400-2500 psi.

Worn hydraulic pump

Service or replace.

Insufficient volume to dock level circuit

Check compensator in main control

valve. Replace if flow to dock level is
below 5 GPM.

Too heavy a load

Reduce load on cylinders.

LOWERS UNEVENLY OR
ERRATICALLY

Insufficient volume to dock level circuit

Clean system and new oil and filter.

Dirty oil in check valves

Use same procedure as above.
