Attach side handle (G) with four 5 mm spring
washers (BB), four 5 mm flat washers (CC), and four
M5x16 bolts (AA). Secure from inside with four 5 mm
flat washers (CC) and four M5 nuts (DD). Repeat for
remaining side handle (G).
Attach door handle (E) with two step bolts (EE).

Insert each smoking rack (A) into the associated rack
positions in the cabinet (D).
Note: It is recommended to keep these racks inside
the smoker when
NOT in use.
For use, only use the number of racks required to hold
the meat.

Place water pan & wood chip box tray (B) and wood
chip box lid (C) into the lowest rack position in the
cabinet (D).
