The program of exercises based on soft gym and 

Pilates will greatly improve your flexibility and 
balance, core body strength and posture.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

This fitness kit must be used only when accom-

panied by the instructions given in this manual 
and in the accompanying explanatory videos 
available on our website.

• 

If any parts of the kit are damaged, please 

contact the supplier or his after-sales service for 
a replacement.

• 

N.B. This kit is not suitable for children under 

three years of age. 

• 

This fitness kit is not designed to be used by 

persons, including children, with impaired phy-
sical, sensory or mental capabilities or persons 
who have no experience or knowledge, except 
if a person who is responsible for their safety 
supervises them or has given them instructions 
concerning the use of the kit. Children should 
be supervised so they do not play with the ac-
cessories.

N.B. This kit contains small parts that may cause 

choking or suffocation. Children under 8 years of 
age must therefore be supervised by an adult.

• 

The accessories supplied with this kit are not 

toys. They must be kept out of the reach of child-
ren under 8 years of age and out of the reach of 
animals.

• 

Sports activities are never entirely risk-free. 

Before engaging in any exercise with these ac-
cessories, please consult a health professional and 
take account of your physical condition.

• 

Please follow the safety precautions and advice 

concerning the exercises and the accessories sup-
plied with this kit.

• 

Always do the exercises in a relaxed and 

controlled manner.

• 

Drink plenty of water before, during and after 

the exercises.

• 

If you experience nausea, shortness of breath, 

a headache or a pain in the chest or any similar 
symptoms while using the accessories supplied 
with this kit, stop immediately and call a doctor.

• 

When doing the exercises using the accessories 

supplied with this kit, wear comfortable clothing 
that allows you to move freely. Also, your shoes 
should be non-slip and suitable for fitness exer-
cises.

• 

Do not wear any items (jewellery, belts, 

broaches, buckles, etc.) that could cause physi-
cal injury or could damage the accessories of this 
kit during use.

• 

Make sure you have enough space to do the 

exercises and remove from the area any objects 
that could cause physical injury or could damage 
the accessories supplied with this kit during use.

• 

Make sure you do the exercises on a flat, clean 

and non-slip hard surface. You may find it useful 
to use a yoga mat.

• 

Clean the accessories with a soft cloth and 

lukewarm soapy water. Do not use chemical or 
abrasive cleaners.

including sitting positions. They’re also a great 
way to improve flexibility, balance and alignment.

> FITNESS BALLS

General information

Fitness balls are a great way to do core strength, 
balance and stretching exercises that really 
improve not only your stabilising muscles but 
also your whole muscle system. More generally, 
fitness ball exercises improve posture, balance 
and overall physical well-being.

User precautions

N.B. The large ball has a weight limit of 110 kg.

• 

Before using the fitness balls, make sure the 

area around you is free of furniture or any objects 
that may cause injury or damage the balls.

• 

The balls are designed for indoor use only.

• 

Do not kick the fitness balls.

• 

Keep the balls away from all heat sources and 

out of direct sunlight.

• 

Do the exercises in a slow, relaxed and 

controlled manner by maintaining good body 
position and carefully follow the instructions to 
avoid falling over.

• 

Do not place heavy loads on the balls.

• 

Make sure the balls are not placed on a slippery 

surface.

•
