9.13 Routine and special maintenance
These operations must be scheduled at least
yearly
with a Technical Support Centre and are required to
ensure the product is kept efficient and ensure safe operation.
•
Thoroughly clean the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger;
•
Smoke motor cleaning, dismantling and cleaning the smoke exhaust duct, new silicone where required;
•
Inspection and checking the gasket seals, replacement and silicone application where required;
•
Tank, emptying and cleaning;
•
Checking the electrical part and electronic components;
•
Cleaning and checking the tube and vacuum gauge;
•
Checking and replacing, if required, of components that are subject to wear: brazier, resistance, ash
drawers, etc.
•
In models with DHW production, we recommend having the exchanger undergo yearly maintenance to
remove limestone sediments and mineral salts
