Turning speaker ON/OFF
To turn speaker on move the power switch to the ON position. A voice
alert informs you that the device is on. The speaker is now ready to be
connected to a device.
Connecting devices to the speaker
The LAMAX BEAT STREET ST-1 is a multifunctional device that plays
music via USB, Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack or the FM radio.
Once the device is connected to the speaker it will automatically switch
to that mode and start playing the music files. Press the MODE button
to switch between modes.
Media mode
In this mode, the speaker plays through devices connected via USB,
micro SDHC and 3.5 mm jack.
Radio mode
After switching to FM radio mode, connect the micro USB cable (which
serves as an antenna) and hold HANDSFREE. The speaker scans all
frequencies and stores the stations. Pressing NEXT/PREVIOUS switches
between these stations.
Bluetooth mode
Connect your mobile phone via Bluetooth. Under the list of active
devices the STREET ST-1 is shown as „ST-1 by LAMAX Beat“. Switching
between tracks and to Start/Stop playback can be controlled either
using a mobile phone or directly on the speaker. In this mode handsfree
is activated. Pressing HANDSFREE answers the call, whilst holding
HANDSFREE rejects the call.
Charging
The speaker can be charged using the included micro USB cable from
any charger with a 5V USB output or from any computers equipped
with a 5V USB output. Charge the device only under supervision.
