Question:
Why is the cone not turning?
Answer:
Check the appliance is plugged in and switched on at the socket.
The small juicing cone is not properly fitted onto the end of the spindle.
Check to see if there is any fruit pips between the juicing cone and the
strainer. Remove the juicing cone and strainer and clean.
Question:
Why does the machine change juicing direction?
Answer:
Too much pressure has been applied to the fruit and juicer. Decrease the
pressure you are applying to the cone and it will continue to rotate as
normal.
Question:
How can I get more pulp and citrus bits in my juice?
Answer:
To increase the amount of pulp and citrus bits, move the strainer adjuster to
the large dot mark so that the opening in the strainer is fully open.
