Marker Search
The marker search tool shown below allows the active
Normal Marker
to automatically jump to minimum or maximum
peak value or directional peak value. Also, the center of the measurement display can move to the active marker
position. Hover over the arrows for a description of each action.
EXAMPLE
: We have moved the dockable
Measurement Trace
pane for better viewing in the next screen shot to
demonstrate the
Center trace on marker
function. Notice the marker 1 position in time before we click the
corresponding button.
NOTE:
The marker search will be affected by continuous waveforms whose pulse characteristics vary in amplitude so
as to cause the search to jitter on instantaneous peaks. You can stablize the trace may switching to single trigger.

Triggering & Delay
toolbar for setting the trigger source.
