CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the fryer is unplugged.
2.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the surfaces
when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling it.
3. - Remove the container for cleaning.
4.- To remove any remaining grease from the pan, make sure that it is cold, remove the pan
from the base and pour the grease into a container.
5.- As recipes are prepared, the resistor and the fan located on the back of the fryer will become
dirty. Clean them frequently to avoid affecting the device's useful life.
6. - If the fryer will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away from
humidity.
