To enter the set mode for the following functions: LCD contrast, Time zone, Daylight saving

time ON/ OFF, Time Reception ON/OFF, 12/24 hour display, Manual time, Year, Month,
Day, °F/°C, and Weather Forecast sensitivity settings.
