ALARM DETECTOR (Due Pi OS)
During operation, if the system detects an anomaly, the stove is turned off, following
the cooling cycle, and the screen displays an error message that will be deleted
manually. Even if in automatic mode the stove waits for the alarm reset command to
be read. The errors displayed are as follows:
Error 1: No Ignition
If after a switching cycle the stove does not reach the minimum working temperature, it
ends with an error and the system proceeds to a programmed cooling. This could be
due to lack of fuel, dirty crucible or defective/dirty ignitor..
Error 2: Malfunction of Fume Extractor Engine
If during operation the engine for fume extraction does not maintain the programmed
speed, the cycle ends with system error and proceeds to a programmed cooling. (only
if aspiration sensor is present).
Error 3: Malfunction of Fume Extractor Circuit
If during operation the system detects an insufficient intake of air, the cycle ends with
system error and proceeds to a programmed cooling. This error is common both for
use with intake or pressure sensor. (Only if aspiration sensor present).
Error 4 water temperature
If during operation the water temperature reaches 80 ° C the stove switches off with
the error message to report the error 4
Error 5: Pellets Finished
If during operation the temperature of the combustion chamber drops below the limit,
the cycle ends with system error. This may be due to lack of fuel or interruption of
pellet distribution.
Error 6: All. Press-Therm
If the switch is activated for an inadequate aspiration, the cycle ends with error 6. This
could be caused by an obstruction of the aspiration or expulsion of fumes.
Error 8: Black-out
If during any phase of operation of the stove the power supply fails, on its return the
alarm signals a lack of power supply and the heater goes into power off mode.
Error 9: All. Asp. smoke
During heating phase the fume engine is monitored; if its speed drops below a
minimum rate, the stove goes into error mode for a malfunction of fume extraction and
it passes directly into cooling mode at full speed. This drawback may also be caused
by deposited ash due to a lack of programmed maintenance.
Error 10: Overtemperature Alarm
This function is enabled using system parameter 61. Board temperature is
monitored and if it exceeds 70 for more than 3 minutes, the stove passes into
cooling temperature mode.
