Why is the page turning pen sometimes invalid?
Please make sure that the "System Settings-Enable arrow keys to page office
documents" option is selected.
We support pagedown / pageup and page-down office documents with up, down,
left, and right arrow keys. However, the page turning pen manufacturers use different
page turning logics. If the above options are not selected, pages may not turn up.
After this option is selected, the arrow keys used in other places are shortcut
operations, and will be invalid.

What is the reason for the corresponding error of the screen
content on the external output large screen?
This may be caused by incorrect output settings of the graphics card on the display
port, or when the screen cable is plugged or unplugged, or an out-of-order problem
occurs when the project is reopened. Perform the following operations to recover:
(1) Please check that the screens are connected properly and there is no
disconnection.
(2) Please enter the “Screen Management” to check that the output of the graphics
card corresponding to the display port is set correctly. Please turn on the “Display Logo”
and confirm that the serial number in the graphics card output is consistent with the
