Lift the mower connecting bracket to the
direction of the arrow to remove the
mower unit from the main vehicle.

Removal of mower units #2 and #3
Remove the retaining snap pin and then
round head pin, collar with hole, brass
washer, washer, and brass washer.
Pull out the mower unit to the direction of
the arrow to remove it from the main
vehicle.

Installation of Mower Unit
Caution
Both the reel cutter (cutting cylinder) and the
bed knife (bottom blade) are edged tools.
Handle them carefully, since they could cut
your hands and feet.
Important
Apply a profuse amount of grease when
installing the mower connecting fitting onto the
mower arm.
When installing the gear motor, apply
sufficient grease to the motor shaft and the
motor shaft mounting section on the reel shaft
side.
For installation, reverse the removing
procedure.
Inspection and Repair of Each Section
Mower Arm
Due to frequent use or damage during use or
transportation, the finish may not be smooth or
the machine may not cut properly.
Inspect it, and if necessary, replace the parts.
Make sure that the bushing is not loose
inside the mower arm.
Check the tightening state of the attaching
portion with the mower frame.
Check if there is a change in shape etc. on
the mower arm. ･
