Using Page Set Menus
In the
Page Set
menus, you can change the number of copies, the page
orientation and other settings that have to do with pages.
Changing the Number of Copies
You can change the number of copies to be printed for the current interface.
The number of copies can be set between
1
and
999
. You can change this
number whenever the message display indicates
Ready
.

Press the
MENU
key.

Press the or key until
Page Set >
appears.

Press the > key.

Press the or key until
>Copies
appears.

Press the
ENTER
key. A blinking cursor (
_
) appears.

Press the or key to increase or decrease the value where the
cursor is blinking. It can be set between 1 and 999. You can use the >
and < keys to move the cursor right and left.
If you want to abandon this procedure, press the
CANCEL
key.

When the desired value is displayed, press the
ENTER
key.

Press the
MENU
key. The message display returns to
Ready
.
