OFDM Upstream Analyze

From the mainmenu of the DOCSIS-3.1-Analyzer the upstream analyzation can be called with the
F-Key

UPSTREAM

. All relating informations about the upstreams are shown here with its

submenus.

Each bar indicates an upstream channel. With the arrow keys ←/→ the desired channel can be
selected. The selected channel is indicated with a red bar. The information contains only to the

selected channel.

Each upstream channel in the system contains an individual Identification number (Id), which is

shown behind the frequency (middle frequency). As shown in figure Figure 11-7 DOCSIS upstream

analysis an OFDM carrier can overlap with QAM carrier. The CMTS can be configured, that in time

slice mode both access modes can work in cooperation.

Further Informations about the OFDM carrier, like roll-off and cyclic prefix, are available iin

ADVANCED

submenu.
