The pin numbers refer to a 9-pin D-sub plug.
The baud rate can be set in the menu. There is a universal setting for baud rates up to 9600
which transmits all different RS232 configurations transparently. For higher baud rates the

3.9.6 altERNatIVE UsE of thE Rs232 INtERfacE
This feature allows an alternative use of the RS 232 interface.
The signals RX - TX and CTS - DTR can be connected via potential-free switches. Each
time the switch is changed, a data packet is sent to the Switching Manager. The use
in the Switching Manager depends on the programming. It can be used for switching
scenarios, for example. A corresponding programming can be requested from us and
will be charged according to time and effort.
