Uncoupling
There is a serious risk of injury when uncoupling the machine from the
tractor! Therefore :
Immobilise the tractor,
never position yourself between the tractor and the machine during
uncoupling,
operate the tractor’s hydraulic lift slowly and carefully,
ensure that the ground on which the machine is resting is flat and
sufficiently stable,
connect or disconnect the hydraulic connectors to/from the
tractor’s hydraulic system, when the tractor/machine assembly is
no longer pressurised.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is pressurised.
When connecting the hydraulic system, ensure that the tractor/
machine assembly are not pressurised.
Connect the hydraulic system, following the instructions in the user
manual. Colour code sockets, so as to prevent incorrect connections
(inverting functions could cause an accident).
Before doing any work on the hydraulic system, lock the hydraulically
controlled folding extensions in the rest position, bleed out the
pressure and switch off the tractor engine.
As required by directive 97/23/EC with regard to pressurised equip-
ment, and the ministerial order dated 15 March 2000, the operator of
pressurised equipment fitted to this machine:
•
Must maintain it in good condition,
•
have available the necessary personnel to operate, supervise and
maintain it,
•
supply personnel with all necessary documents for carrying out the
above-mentioned tasks.
•
take all measures to maintain the equipment in good condition
when not in use,
•
see to it that personnel responsible for driving pressurised equip-
ment are informed and competent,
•
must carry out periodic inspections of pressurised equipment, as
required by regulations in force.
