Edge Prep Controls (Option)
These controls select Router or Drill motors to operate.
Start the Bolt
Drill
Start the Face
Plate Router
Center OFF
To the Left
Select Drill
To the Right
Select Router
Turn switch to the left position to start drill motor, turn it to the center to turn drill off. Turn switch
to the right to turn plate router motor on. Turn it to the center to turn router off.Drill
Pneumatic Edge Prep Controls
Drill (In Out Down): This is a (3) position air switch that controls the location of the
bolt drill.
• Out: the Drill Carriage pivots away from the door’s edge
• In: The Drill Carriage swing in to the door edge.
• Down: Locks the Drill into Position
Drill (Plunge, Router IN)): This is a (3) position air switch that controls the plunge of
the blot drill and the router.
• After pushing the switch to the left, the “ IN ” will plunge the drill into the side of the
door to do the bolt hole.
• Release the switch and it automatically retracts the drill.
• “Push” the switch to the right and the router will tilt in to do the bolt plate.
Joy Stick: Move up, to the right, sown, and to the left to drill a faceplate.
